Q. Are you near Philmont Boy Scout Ranch?
A. Yes, Philmont is about 4 miles South of Cimarron. We are 10 miles from Cimarron
Canyon State Park and about an hour from Taos and Red River.
Q. What is there to do in the Cimarron area?
A. There is a wealth of historical, recreational and fun things to do in the Cimarron
area. Please take a few minutes to look at our area information page, or visit the
Cimarron Chamber of Commerce web site at www.cimarronnm.com.
Q. Do you have rooms with kitchens?
A. YES! Our NEW Cowboy Cabin, Casita and Valle Vidal all have full kitchens. All of
our guest rooms have full-size coffee pots and complimentary coffee. All of our large
rooms have mini-refrigerators and microwaves.
Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A. All of our rooms are non-smoking. There is a covered porch and comfortable
seating outside each room for our smoking guests. Smoking in our rooms is not
allowed.
Q. Are pets allowed at Cimarron Inn & RV Park?
A. Responsible pet owners with well behaved pets are WELCOME at the Cimarron
Inn & RV Park. We have a grassy area on the West side of the Inn for dog walking
(please pick up after your pet!) There is a leash law in the Village of Cimarron, so
dogs must be kept on leash. Please let us know that you will be traveling with a
pet when you make your reservation, and we will do everything possible to make
you and your pet's stay with us enjoyable. We require that owners be responsible for
any damage caused by their pets. More information can be found on our Pet Policy

Q. Is there Internet access at the Cimarron Inn & RV Park?
A. YES!!! NEW in Summer 2007 we now can offer our guests Wi-Fi! YAHOO!! The
information superhighway no longer is a dirt road in Cimarron!
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office is open from 7 AM to 10 PM MST.
Q. What are your Check In/ Check Out times?
A. Check in is 2 pm - Check out is 11 am. If you need to make special
arrangements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you must cancel your
reservation, we do require 24 hours notice prior to your reservation date to avoid
charges, or your credit card will be charged for 1 night's stay.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, traveler's checks or the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
Q. What is your policy regarding children?
A. Children under age 8 are free.
