CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are accepted up until 24 hours prior to your arrival date without any cancellation fees being assessed. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged for 1 night's stay, plus applicable taxes.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check in is 2pm. Check out is 10am. If you need to make special arrangements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
LATE ARRIVALS As a small, family establishment, we close our office at 9pm MST (Summer) and 7pm (Winter). However, if we know you plan to arrive a little late, we will try to make special arrangements.
OFFICE HOURS Our office is open from 7am - 9pm MST from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Winter hours are 9am - 7pm. We apologize for any inconvenience, but since this is also our residence, we are not available 24 hours a day like many hotels. We need sleep too! Please contact us during our office hours if you have any questions and we will be happy to help you. The wifi password will be given to you upon check-in. We will be closed from December 23 to January 2.
PAYMENT METHODS We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. *Room rates are scheduled to increase slightly as of January 1, 2018 due to the rising cost of living and taxes.
PETS Currently we are NOT accepting pets. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
RESERVATIONS To check availability and to make reservations call 575-376-2268 between 7am - 9pm MST (Summer) or 9am - 7pm (Winter) daily. A Master Card or Visa credit card is required to hold a reservation. We require 24 hours notice to cancel reservations or your credit card will be charged for 1 night's stay, plus applicable taxes. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know at the time you make your reservation.
SMOKING POLICY All of our rooms are non-smoking. There is a covered porch and comfortable seating outside each room for our smoking guests. Smoking in our rooms is not allowed.
