RESERVATIONS:
To check availability and to make reservations call 1-800-546-2244 or 575-376-2268
between 7am and 10 pm MST (Summer) or 8 AM - 9PM (Winter)daily. If you are
traveling with a pet, please let us know at the time you make your reservation.

A Master Card or Visa credit card is required to hold a reservation. We require 24
hours notice to cancel reservations or your credit card will be charged for 1 night's stay,
plus applicable taxes.

Late Arrivals: As a small family establishment, we close our office at 10PM MST
(Summer) and 9 PM (Winter). However, if we know you plan to arrive a little late, we will
try to make special arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are accepted up until 24 hours prior to your arrival date without any
cancellation fees being assessed. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged for 1
night's stay, plus applicable taxes.

We pride ourselves in amount of people that are return guests at the Cimarron Inn & RV
Park and we look forward to meeting you and hosting your stay in our beautiful area. If
